H.H Hamad bin Khalid bin Hamad bin Abdullah bin Jassim bin Muhammed Al Thani ( معالي الامير حمد بن خالد بن حمد بن عبد الله آل ثاني; born 1956) is a Qatari entrepreneur and Chief of the Qatari police forces. Furthermore, he is member of the House of Thani and cousin of the current Emir of Qatar, H.H. Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

Emir Hamad was born in 1952 at the Al Rayyan Palace in Doha, Qatar. He is the eldest child of H.E. Emir Khalid bin Hamad bin Abdullah and Emira Mariam. After a coup, his uncle H.H. Emir Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani became the 8th Emir of Qatar, and appointed his highness's father as the Minister of Interior for the period of 1972 to 1989. Through his highnesses's father,He is also a great-grandson of the 3rd Emir of Qatar, Emir Abdullah bin Jassim Al Thani, and a first cousin of the current and 9th Emir,Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.He married H.H Emira Mariam Al Attiya and together five children.His highness is one of the most powerful men in Qatar for along period of time.He has a huge variety of old cars and modern as well.Not only cars but he even has over thousands of expensive camels and falcons.He is the eldest and richest of his brothers.He is a wise and fair man.He is known for his kindness.He is a highly educated.
Hamad began his education in Qatar and later attended Sandhurst Military Academy in England.
H.H Emir Hamad became the chief of the Qatari police force in 1972, a position he still holds.
His highness founded in 1973, and is owner of, the company Hamad Bin Khalid Power Cleaning (HKH Power Cleaning W.L.L). HKH is a company that is specialized in the application of corrosion protection products to surfaces of buildings and industrial plants. Emir Hamad also established HKH General Contracting W.L.L in 1995, now one of Qatari leading civil engineering construction contractors and largest construction company in the state. Since its founding, HKH has developed itself into a class "A" firm, which is the highest quality rating in the State of Qatar.
Emir Hamad is considered now to be the second richest man of Qatar but the third of the middle east.
